This Organic Ethiopian is a Dry Processed coffee which produces a deeper fruit note than the Wet Processed Sidamo. This coffee is also Fair Trade. In the cup it is rustic fruit notes, spice and pulped apricot. This coffee was roasted on May 28th and is ready to use on May 30th. We recommend using it for about 10 days or so for best flavor and aroma. This roast will be available until June 4th or prior to that when it’s sold out.
